Does that new beam need to be tacked in or is gravity enough?

It's simple, Just go to woodprix page – and enter the Eco World.

  3. Check woodprix handbook if you want to make it cheaper and better.

  4. Nice movie. However you can make it yourself. Just google woodprix and learn how to do it easily.

I have a new home, two years old…the front yard settled…some of the yard sunk in and the deck is sloping. Can you look at a picture to help me please? And where do I send it if so? Thank you so much.

  6. I built my 12×12 deck before winter, and after winter my deck has moved away from the pool making my corner post crooked tried to build my railings and cant seem to move the deck to get the deck back level (I am talking about the post the deck stayed level but my post are not level ) I tried pushing the deck and I cant seem to keep that post straight up, any advice would be helpful

Is there any reason reason to take out the post? We have a two story deck that is sagging on one post. My plan is to jack up the corner, support it, dig down to the footing, and then just pour in a lot more cement. Once that dries, I can release the jack and other supports.

Im sure you may build it too guys. Just look for woodprix page and build it too.

Our issue is that the deck (about 4 1/2 feet tall) has sagged a bit at the portion of deck that is nearest to the house….thinking that I will have to remove several floor boards to climb in and then access the frame. If I remove the face boards (skirt) then I will have to crawl a good distance to reach the area where it is sagging.

I do believe the problem would be is the base concrete in sinking causing the deck to become out of level. How would you address the sinking concrete base problem?…
